Designed by Winson Tam and a team of entrepreneurs based in Vancouver and Hong Kong, the \u201cRuggie\u201d is a pressure sensitive alarm-clock that forces you to get out of bed. The alarm, which has no snooze option, requires that you stand on it with both feet for three seconds. You can pick one up from kickstarter for 59 USD; the Ruggie will retail for 99 USD at launch.<\/p>\n<p>Winson Tam invented the Ruggie because of his own experience of \u201cover snoozing.\u201d Every morning was a struggle:\u00a0the warm comfy bed, the cold floors, that desire to keep dreaming.
